Kevin is an astute Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a solution oriented and client centric approach to addressing complex legal problems. He is a strategic thinker and a self-driven collaborator who excels in creating synergies and networks to grow opportunities for his business and those of his clients. He is a passionate negotiator with an elegant mind, a strong work ethic and an unabated passion for excellence in handling disputes.

Kevin has handled sensitive matters in various fora in Kenya and has successfully argued in defense and prosecution of his clients interests in commercial, constitutional, judicial review, criminal, employment, procurement, environmental and land courts. As an example, in 2020, Kevin led his team to successfully represent one of his international clients in the first case in Kenya on Cross Border Insolvency under the Fifth Schedule of the Insolvency Act which domesticated the UNICTRAL MODEL Laws on Cross Border Insolvency before the Commercial, Admiralty and Tax Division of the High Court.

He currently serves as a Senior Partner at Kidenda, Onyango, Anami (KONAN) & Associates Advocates and Head of the dispute resolution and arbitration department where he oversees a team of well-trained associates to prosecute and defend all manner of legal disputes that arise from time to time on behalf of his clients.

Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Nairobi, Kenya and a Post-graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. He is a Member of the Law Society of Kenya.
