She has successfully handled several diverse financial and commercial contractual transactions, from concept, due diligence, and negotiation to contract and financial close to support the strategic business activities of her clients. In addition, she has experience handling matters on intellectual property protection, data privacy and protection, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border financing, competition and consumer protection, employment and labour relations, and dispute resolution, among other legal services.

She holds a Master of Laws degree in Computer and Communications Law from the Queen Mary, University of London, a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi and a Post-graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
